10 months

Jonah turned 10 months this past weekend. Oh my word!
We started off the weekend with my brother's wedding. What a beautiful celebration! I really didn't take many pictures but here's a few.

I don't think they stopped smiling the whole day. :)

Saturday we went to a local kite festival with family. It was Jonah's first time at the beach! He loved the sand.

And today we finally had time to take pictures but it was HOT and sunny so we got what we could.
At 10 months he is crawling all over, clapping, eating finger food, still without teeth, bouncing, dancing, eating cat food.... so SO busy. It is getting harder and harder to take pictures of him. Especially when he is distracted.

He was quite fascinated by the dandelions.

Whew. Lots of pics. :)
Coming up next weekend.... anniversary celebration. Looking forward to it!

Josh's first 10k

Last Saturday, Josh ran his first 10k in the Fifth Third Riverbank Run. He had hurt his knee a couple weeks before so he was a little nervous about running but I tried to encourage him to try it still. It never hurts to walk a little. He did it and I don't think he regrets it! I think he caught the running bug. :)
We arrived early and went straight to the start.

Hi babe!

Just past the start line. (I was thankful for the orange hat)

Waiting...

There he is! Finish line just around the corner....

This is just before the finish line.

First 10k complete! I don't think this will be his last either. :)

Jonah was a little tired and cold....

I'm so proud of Josh for all his training and dedication. I'm excited to cheer him on some more!

Tulip Time Round 2 & 3

We have had beautiful weather this week! Jonah and I went downtown Tuesday for a nice walk and pictures in the park with my mom.

My mom found my wooden shoes from when I was little.

Oops... :)  My mom and I got a kick out of this, but thankfully no tulips broke!

A little girl wanted to take pictures with him. Jonah wouldn't stop starring at her after that. It was so hard to get him to smile, he was distracted by everything!

Jonah and Grandma

Tuesday night with Grandma and Grandpa

Wednesday we went to the parade with family members. Jonah usually doesn't like loud noises but he loved the parade! He had big eyes the whole time as he watched everyone pass. He even started dancing at the bands passing by.

Great Grandma

Grandpa

Zeeland pride :)

We see you Hannah!

Jonah loves his Cheerios

This was Jonah's face most of the parade...

Clever

My cousin's son, Levi.

These would be awesome!

There's Kalie!

Jonah's first Tulip Time was a blast. He was tuckered out in the stroller both evenings.
With a busy weekend ahead, this is it for Tulip Time for us. See you next year! :)
